You’ll need a mat, a block or two, and a strap to start.  You DO NOT need to be flexible.  Yoga MAKES you flexible, both physically and mentally.

If you have a child of any age, incorporate them into your practice.  Let’s raise a mindful generation.  Learning how to remain calm in chaos is great to learn at an early age.
